I had Shelby cut my hair, she was fast, friendly, and very skilled! I sent my mother to her for a cut and color with highlights, it turned out beautifully! Shelby is now the only Brow Artist I'll let touch my eyebrows! She and the whole atmosphere are very comforting!! Would most definitely recommend!!
